المقادير
1 باكيت عجينة باف باستري
ربع كيلو لحمة مفرومة متعصجة
1 حبة فلفل أخضر مقطع
نصف كوب زيتون أسود شرائح
نصف كوب زيتون أخضر شرائح
1 كوب جبنة شيدر مبشورة
زيت
للدهن:
بيضة مخفوقة
سمسم
طريقة التحضير
يسخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية، وتدهن الصينية بالزيت.
توضع اللحمة المفرومة في بولة، ويضاف إليها الفلفل والزيتون الاسود والاخضر والجبنة، وتخلط جيداً.
توضع العجينة على سطح نظيف، وتفرد قليلاً بالنشابة.
تقطع العجينة مربعات متساوية، ثم تحشى بمقدار معلقة كبيرة من الخليط.
تغلق العجينة على الحشو، ويضغط على أطرافها جيدا لإحكام غلقها.
تكرر العملية حتى انتهاء الكمية، ثم ترص في الصينية.
تدهن بالبيض المخفوق، ويرش عليها السمسم.
تدخل الفرن لمدة 20 دقيقة وحتى تنضج وتكتسب اللون الذهبي.
تخرج من الفرن، وتترك لتهدأ قليلاً
