المكرونه من الاكلات المحبوبه وسهله التحضير ومذاقها رائع فاليكم طريقه بسيطه جدا وسهله لتحضيره
المقادير
1 كيس مكرونة مسلوقة
لحم مفروم
2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
1 ثمرة بصل مقطعة
2 قرن فلفل هالبينو مقطع
4 فص ثوم مقطع
2 ملعقة كبيرة كمون
2 ملعقة كبيرة صوص حار
1 كوب مرقة لحم
1 علبة طماطم مقطعة
بصل أخضر للتزيين
طريقة التحضير
في اناء على نار عالية ضعيالزيت يسخن ثم ضعي اللحم المفروم و قلبي حتى تنضج.
اضيفي البصل و الفلفل و الثوم على اللحم المفروم و قلبي.
تبلي مزيج اللحم و البصل بالملح و الصوص الحار و الكمون و قلبي حتى تمام الإختلاط.
ضعي الشوربة على مزيج اللحم و قلبي ثم اتركي المزيج لمدة 5 دقائق.
اضيفي الطماطم الى مزيج اللحم ثم اخفضي درجة الحرارة و اتركي المزيج لمدة 10 دقائق.
ضعي المكرونة على المزيج اللحم و قلبي برفق ثم زينيها بالبصل الأخضر و قدميها ساخنة.
