1 معلقة كبيرة بيكنيج باودر
ملح
فلفل أسود
رشة زعتر
طريقة التحضير
يوضع الحليب في الخلاط، ويضاف إليه الزبدة والبيض، ويضرب جيداً.
يتبل بالملح والفلفل الاسود، ويضرب مرة أخرى.
يضاف الدقيق والبيكينج باودر معلقة تلو الأخرى من فتحة الخلاط مع الضرب المستمرحتى تتجانس جميع المكونات.
يوضع الزيت في مقلاة غير قابلة للإلتصاق على نار متوسطة حتى يسخن.
يصب مقدار مغرفة من الخليط في المقلاة ويترك حتى يحمر.
يقلب على الجانب الآخر وحتى يحمر، ثم يدهن بالصلصة.
توزع الجبنة الموزاريلا واللانشون فوقها، ويرش عليها الزعتر.
يترك على نار هادئة لدقائق وحتى تسيح الجبنة.
يرفع من على النار، ويوضع في الطبق.
تكرر العملية حتى إنتهاء الكمية.
يقدم ساخن مع البطاطس المقلي.
