الارز الابيض من الاكلات الاساسيه علي وجبه الطعام فاليكم طريقه سهله وبسيطه جدا لتحضيرها :-

1 كوب شوربة “مرقة”
1 معلقة كبيرة زيت
ملح
طريقة التحضير
يغسل الأرز جيداً ثم يصفى، ويوضع جانباً.
يوضع الزيت في وعاء على النار، ويضاف إليه الارز، ويقلب حتى يتغير لونه.
تضاف الماء، ويترك على نار مرتفعة حتى يغلي.
تضاف الشوربة، ويقلب جيداً.
يغطى وتخفف النار، ويترك حتى ينضج.
يرفع من على النار، ويوضع في بولة صغيرة ويضغط عليها قليلاً.
يوضع طبق مسطح مقلوب فوق البولة.
تقلب البولة على الطبق، وترفع البولة بحرص حتى لا يسقط الارز.
يقدم ساخن مع الكفتة المشوية.
