مكونات عمل اسهل طريقة تحضير كرات من التونة اللذيذة مع البطاطس فى طبق لذيذ يمكنك ان تعديه بكل سهولة و وبساطه اليكى كيفية التحضير
المقادير:

حبة من البطاطس كيسرة فى الحجم و مسلوقة

بصلة صغيرة و مفرومة فرما ناعما
-
كوب من البقسماط
-
فلفل رومى مقطع الى قطع صغيرة فى الحجم

3 علب من التونة المصفاة من الزيت

نصف كوب من البقدونس المفروم فرما ناعما

ملح فلفل اسود
-
2 ملعقة من صوص السمك
-
2 ملعقة من الملح
-
ربع كوب من الخل
-
2 فص ثوم مفروم فرما ناعما
طريقة التحضير:
الطريقة :
1 – يتم خلط كل من البطاطس المهروسة و البصل المفروم و البقدونس و التونة معا خلطا جيدا
2 – يتم اضافة الفلفل و البيض و البقسماط و الملح و الفلفل الاسود
3 – يتم خلط جميع المقادير خلطا جيدا ثم يتم اضافة اليه الثوم المفروم و الخل و صوص المك و يتم الخلط جيدا
4 – يتم تكوير الخليط و تشكيله الى اقراص
5 – يتم وضع الاقراص فى صينية تدخل الفرن لمدة 10 دقائق الى تمام النضج
