عسل

طريقة التحضير

احضري الخلاط الكهربائي ثم ضعي به اللبن و الموز.
اضيفي الجوافة و العسل الى الهلاط و اخلطي جيدا.
ضعي السموثي في كوب التقديم ثم قدميه.
