اللازانيا من انواع المكرونه سهله التحضير يحبها الجميع والشيدر يعطي لها مذاق رائع جدا اليكم طريقه سهله لتحضيرها :-

المقادير

1/2 كيلو لازانيا
1/2 كيلو صدور دجاج مخلية
1 ثمرة بصل شرائح
ملح
فلفل أسود مطحون
جبن موزاريلا مبشور
2 ملعقة كبيرة سمن
3 ملعقة كبيرة دقيق
لبن

طريقة التحضير

اذيبي السمن في مقلاة على نار متوسطة.
ضعي البصل في السمن و قلبي حتى يذبل.
قومي بتقطيع الدجاج ثم ضعيه على البصل و تبليه بالملح و الفلفل و قلبيه حتى ينضج.
ضعي القليل من السمن في مقلاة ثم ضعي الدقيق و اللبن و قلبيه ليتحمر ثم تبليه بالملح و الفلفل و قلبي.
سخني الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 درجة مئوية.
ضعي طبقة من البشاميل في صينية قابلة للاستخدام في الفرن ثم ضعي عليها شرائح من اللازانيا.
ضعي طبقة من قطع الدجاج ثم شرائح لازانيا ثم طبقة بشاميل.
كرري الخطوة السابقة حتى الانتهاء من الكمية.
ضعي الصينية في الفرن لمدة 45 دقيقة و تقدم ساخنة.
