الكب كيك من الحلويات الرائعه وسهله التحضير كما يمكن تزيينه وتحضيره بالمناسبات اليكم طريقه تحضيره بكل سهوله :-
المقادير
كوب ونصف دقيق
1 كوب زبدة
نصف كوب سكر
ربع كوب عين جمل مجروش
ربع كوب لوز مجروش
ربع كوب بندق مجروش
4 بيضات
نصف معلقة صغيرة بيكينج باودر
نصف معلقة صغيرة قرفة
رشة فانيليا
طريقة التحضير
يسخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية، وتدهن قوالب الكب كيك بالزبدة
يوضع الدقيق في بولة، ويضاف إليه البيكينج باودر والقرفة، ويخلط جيدا ثم ينخل.
توضع الزبدة في المضرب الكهربائي، ويضاف إليها السكر.
تخفق جيداً حتى تتجانس وتصبح كريمية القوام.
يضاف البيض واحدة تلو الأخرى والفانيليا، مع استمرار الخفق.
يضاف خليط الدقيق بالتدريج مع الخفق المستمر.
يضاف اللوز وعين الجمل والبندق، وتقلب جيداً حتى نحصل على خليط متجانس.
يوزع الخليط على القوالب حتى ثلثيها.
يدخل الفرن لمدة 25 دقيقة وحتى ينضج.
يخرج من الفرن، ويترك ليهدأ قليلاً.
توضع في الطبق، وتقدم.
