من المعتاد تحضير البطاطا بالطريقه الحلوه ولكن هذه طريقه يمكن تحضيرها مثل الشيبسي ويحبها الاطفال اليكم طريقه تحضيرها بالمنزل

3 حبة بطاطا حلوة
3 معلقة كبيرة زيت
رشة ملح

طريقة التحضير
نسخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 180 مئوية، ونبطن الصينية بورقة زبدة.
نغسل البطاطا جيداً، ثم نقطعها شرائح رقيقة دون تقشير.
نضع البطاطا في بولة، ونضيف إليها الملح والزيت، ونخلطها جيداً.
نرص البطاطا في الصينية ولكن لا تكون فوق بعضها.
ندخل البطاطا في الفرن لمدة من 20 إلى 25 دقيقة.
نتركها في الفرن 5 دقائق أخرى بعد إطفائه حتى تتقرمش.
نضع في طبق أو بولة، وتقدم كسناك. حضري رقائق الفواكه المقرمشة
سر نجاح الوصفة:
أن تكون شرائح البطاطا رقيقة جدا.
يمكن عدم إضافة الملح للاحتفاظ بالطعم الاصلي للبطاطا.
فوائد البطاطا:
البطاطا من الأطعمة التي تحتوي على الكربوهيدرات والنشويات وبالتالي يمد الجسم بالطاقة التي يحتاجها خلال اليوم.
تعمل البطاطا على تقوية جهاز المناعة لاحتوائها على فيتامين “سي” والبيتاكاروتين.
