المكونات
نصف كيلو لحم مقطع مربعات بدون عظم وشحم أي هبر.
فاصولياء حمراء منقوعة لمدة ليلة كاملة.
رأس بصل، حبتان من البندورة، رشة ملح.
رشة فلفل.
القليل من البهارات.
أرز.
زيت زيتون.
ثوم.
ورق غار وعود قرفة.
طريقة التحضير
نقوم بغسل اللحم ويوضع بالقدر ونضع عليه مقدار لترين من الماء المغلي ويترك يسلق مع إضافة ورق الغار وعود قرفة إلى ماء السلق، ويترك يسلق لمدة ساعة.
بعد مضي الساعة نضع الفاصولياء الحمراء فوق اللحم بعد تصفية ماء النقع.
في الخلاط تضع البصل والثوم والبندورة والبهارات والفلفل وثلاث ملاعق من صلصة البندورة، مع كوبان من الماء وتخلط في الخلاط جيداً.
بعد خلط كل هذه المكونات تضعها فوق اللحم والفاصولياء وتضع عليها الملح وتترك لتغلي مقدار ساعة أخرى حتى تنضج الفاصولياء واللحمة، ثم تبعد عن النار.
يتم تحضير الأرز، ويوضع بطبق التقديم إلى جانبة طبق الفاصولياء ياللحمة، وصحتين وعافية.
