البروكلي من الخضراوات الرائعه التي لها قيمه غذائيه عاليه كما ان الجبن تعطيه مذاق رائع فلنتعرف علي اسهل طريقه لتحضيره :-

المقادير

3 ثمرة بروكلي ، مقطعة
3 مكعب مرقة دجاج
6 ملعقة كبيرة سمن
1 ثمرة بصل مقطعة
1/2 كوب دقيق متعدد الاغراض
2 كوب لبن
جبن شيدر مبشور
رشه فلفل أسود مطحون

طريقة التحضير

في اناء كبير على نار متوسطة ضعي البروكلي و مرقة الدجاج و قلبي بإستمرار لمدة 15 دقيقة.
في مقلاة على نار متوسطة ضعي السمن تسيح.
ضعي البصل في السمن الساخن لمدة 5 دقائق ليتحمر.
اضيفي الدقيق الى البصل و قلبي بإستمرار.
اضيفي اللبن تدريجيا الى مزيج الدقيق و البصل و قلبي حتى يصبح القوام سميك.
ضعي البروكلي على مزيج الدقيق و قلب يبرفق ثم ضعي الجبن و قلبي حتى يذوب.
تبلي الشوربة بالفلفل و قلبي ثم قدميها ساخنة.
