البروفيترول من الحلويات الرائعه سهله التحضير كما ان مربي المشمش تعطيه مذاق رائع جدا اليكم طريقه تحضيره بكل سهوله :-
المقادير
1 كوب دقيق
1 كوب ماء
نصف كوب زبدة
4 بيضة
مربى مشمش
ربع معلقة صغيرة ملح
ربع معلقة صغيرة فانيليا
طريقة التحضير
يسخن الفرن على درجة حرارة 200 مئوية، وتبطن الصينية بورقة زبدة.
توضع الزبدة في وعاء على النار، ويضاف إليها الماء، وتترك حتى تغلي.
يضاف إليها الدقيق دفعة واحدة، وتخلط جيداً، ثم ترفع جانباً لتبرد قليلاً.
يضاف البيض واحدة تلو الأخرى مع الضرب المستمر حتى تختلط تماماً.
يضاف الملح والبابريكا، وتخلط مرة أخرى حتى تتجانس.
توضع العجينة في كيس حلواني، ويفتح طرف الكيس.
يشكل العجين في الصينية على هيئة كرات متوسطة الحجم.
تدخل الفرن لمدة 15 دقيقة وحتى تنضج وتكتسب اللون الذهبي.
تخرج من الفرن، وتترك لتبرد.
يوزع فوقها مربى المشمش، وترص في الطبق.
تقدم مع المشروب المفضل.
